Landlords who sign up for Project HomeAgain will receive the following benefits:

  • Timely rent payments guaranteed with security deposits, and last month’s rent paid upfront
  • Pre-screened tenants who have demonstrated a commitment to achieving self-sufficiency
  • Tenants who have an assigned case manager
  • Quick tenant replacement when a vacancy occurs
  • Free access to the RentalNet Multi-Listing website
