About the Summit


A powerful, full-day summit focused on addressing family homelessness in North Central Florida. This convening brought together service providers, public sector leaders, educators, healthcare professionals, advocates, and community members who are committed to improving housing and health stability for families with children. Throughout the day, participants engaged in expert-led trainings, interactive strategy sessions, and action-oriented focus groups designed to explore real-world challenges and practical, evidence-based solutions.


Topics centered on prevention, coordinated systems of care, cross-sector collaboration, and strategies that support long-term stability for families facing housing insecurity—particularly those navigating medical, behavioral health, and economic barriers.


This summit was more than a learning opportunity—it was a space to connect, collaborate, and co-create. Attendees had the chance to share insights, elevate lived and professional experience, and contribute to actionable strategies that can be implemented across our region.

  • Are meals included for no cost?

    Yes. A light breakfast spread will be available at 8:00am. Lunch will be available at 12:00pm.

    Best practice trainings on addressing the needs of families, panel discussions, interactive strategy sessions on innovative solutions, and action-oriented focus groups on improving the response to families in need.
