Outreach Services

TaskForce for Ending Homelessness, Inc. operates programs that provide outreach street services to people in Broward County. We offer resource referrals and shelter placement in coordination with existing services. In addition, TaskForce provides transportation to shelters, housing programs, detox facilities, hospitals, and crisis centers.

Permanent Housing

TaskForce provides housing navigation and case management services for the unsheltered and at-risk populations in Broward County. The primary objective of this program is to swiftly move people from the streets into a safe, permanent home.

Elder Haven & Hope

With the support of the Jim Moran Foundation, the Elder Haven & Hope program provides an extra level of service to those 60 years of age and older by placing seniors in emergency overflow housing until a longer-term placement can be secured.

Mental Health & Wellness

The clinical behavioral health programs at TaskForce deliver specialized evidence-based services throughout Broward County communities. These services focus on providing trauma-informed mental health and substance abuse treatment services to vulnerable populations.

North Central Florida Continuum Of Care

Our responsibilities include strategic planning, community engagement, grants and funding, data management, training and education, monitoring, evaluation, performance, and advocacy.
